I was very disappointed to hear of the revelations made by some of Australia’s largest financial institutions over recent times and thought I should clarify how I operate my practice and the benefit it brings to you as a client of ours.
Unfortunately, we have seen the vertical integration model adopted by the big banks fail dismally in providing a basic level of service to their clients. The Royal Commission has highlighted how greed and self-interest has been allowed to flourish with our big Banks and other large financial institutions to the detriment of their clients.
It is timely to put forward in the strongest terms our ethos of providing financial advice that meets your needs and is in your best interests.
