HOME INSURANCE TRAP: AirBNB Sub-Letting

A lot of people don’t realise that when they sub-let their home, that they’re potentially breaching their regular insurance policy – meaning they’re no longer covered. This includes using a property for AirBnB without notifying the insurer.
